Our team have an extensive background in the United States, Canada and International Railroad Industry focusing on large capital systems and projects in Mass Transit as well as Freight Railroads. Starting from a small home office, United Rail has grown to now support multiple Class I freight and transit rail operators across North America.

Norwin K. Voegeli, is the founder and majority-owner of United Rail since its creation in 2012. A native of Switzerland and a permanent US resident since 2009, he brings 18+ years of experience in Rail Automation and Signaling in the international and North American railway services markets.

Paul Campbell joined United Rail in January 2016 in his role as Manager of Business Development. Paul brings over 40 years of railroad experience from various segments including freight, transit and passenger rail. Brad holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states as well as the province of Ontario, Canada. Brad has dual citizenship in the United States and Canada. Brad has been working in the railway services industry since 1990.
