Our team have an extensive background in the United States, Canada and International Railroad Industry focusing on large capital systems and projects in Mass Transit as well as Freight Railroads. Starting from a small home office, United Rail has grown to now support multiple Class I freight and transit rail operators across North America.

Norwin K. Voegeli, is the founder and majority-owner of United Rail since its creation in 2012. A native of Switzerland and a permanent US resident since 2009, he brings 18+ years of experience in Rail Automation and Signaling in the international and North American railway services markets.
Andrea Voegeli takes care for the entire United Rail Business Administration. A native of Germany and a permanent US resident since 2009, she brings 12+ years of experience in Business Administration in international and North American markets
Bob joined the United Rail team by June 2016 and has over 26 years of experience of engineering and project management in the railroad industry. In 1990, he first started with Harmon Electronics as a draftsman and worked his way into engineering, designing highway grade crossing and wayside
Brad holds a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in several states as well as the province of Ontario, Canada. Brad has dual citizenship in the United States and Canada. Brad has been working in the railway services industry since 1990.
